Because every item at My Work Merch is custom-made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. We encourage you to double-check your product and size selections before completing your purchase.
Our Quality Commitment
We want you to love your merch! If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or if you received the wrong item, we are happy to make it right. In these cases, we offer:
- A Free Replacement: We’ll put a new order into production immediately to get you the correct item.
- Store Credit: If you’d prefer to try something else, we can provide a credit to use toward your next purchase.
How to Start a Claim
If there is an issue with your order, please let us know within 14 calendar days of delivery:
- Send a quick note to info@myworkmerch.com
- Include your Order Number and a photo of the issue so we can see what went wrong.
Once we’ve reviewed the photos, we’ll get your replacement started or issue your credit within 5 business days.
